This Privacy Policy explains how AtoZ INFOWAY INC ("AtoZ", "we") collects, uses, and shares information when you use AI-Recruit, wp.aiappstore.in, and our licensing & update services.
This policy works together with our Terms of Service and Software License Agreement.
Job postings and applicant data (candidate name, email, phone, resume file, cover letter, and answers) is stored in your WordPress database and file storage on your hosting. AtoZ does not receive or store that data unless you voluntarily send it to us in a support request.
You are responsible for privacy and employment-law compliance for your applicants (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, consent, retention, export/erase requests). AI-Recruit does not yet include a built-in privacy-export tool for applicant data — use WordPress's own privacy tools or manage deletion directly in the Candidates screen.
If you use AI-Recruit on your WordPress site, applicant submissions and uploaded resumes are stored only on your server. Recommended steps:

If AI-Inquiro is also active on your site, AI-Recruit's optional bridge mirrors each new application (name, email, phone, cover letter, resume link, and any custom answers) into AI-Inquiro's own Leads, so your team has one inbox to check. This happens entirely within your own WordPress database — no data leaves your site for this integration. You can turn it off by deactivating either plugin.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to provide the Service you requested), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), and consent (newsletter). You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
When you enable the optional AI-Inquiro integration, data flows only between your own AI-Recruit and AI-Inquiro installs — never to AtoZ or a third party as part of that feature.
Data on your WordPress site (job postings, applications, resumes) is retained until you delete it or uninstall the plugin.
We use industry-standard measures for our licensing service (HTTPS, encrypted secrets, access controls). No method is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your WordPress admin, hosting credentials, and backups.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.
Contact supports@atozinfoway.ca with subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity. For applicant data stored on your site, use your site admin — we cannot erase data we do not hold.
We may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
The Service is for businesses and website operators. It is not directed at children under 16.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
