These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI-RoleGuard WordPress plugin, related documentation, the aiappstore.in website, and the AtoZ licensing & update service (collectively, the "Service") operated by AtoZ INFOWAY INC ("AtoZ", "we", "us").
By activating a license, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Software License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AI-RoleGuard is software you install on your own WordPress website. AtoZ provides the plugin, updates, license validation, and (for Pro plans) access to Pro features. We do not host your website, your WordPress database, or your lead/customer data.
You are solely responsible for your WordPress installation and everything required to run it properly, including but not limited to:
Improper or unsupported use of WordPress — including misconfiguration, outdated software, incompatible plugins, insufficient hosting, failure to back up, or operator error — is your responsibility. AtoZ is not liable for problems, data loss, corruption, or downtime arising from your environment or how you operate the Service.
Leads, messages, bookings, settings, and other content created through AI-RoleGuard are stored in your WordPress database on your server. AtoZ does not routinely access, host, or back up that data. You are the data controller for your end users' personal information. See our Privacy Policy for what limited data AtoZ processes for licensing, billing, and support.
Use of the software is subject to our Software License Agreement. The Free plan is available after email verification. Pro plans are subscription-based and billed through our merchant of record (currently Lemon Squeezy). Seat limits (1, 5, or unlimited sites) depend on your purchased plan.
On subscription expiry, cancellation, or payment failure, Pro features revert to Free. Your Free-tier data and access remain unless you uninstall the plugin or delete data yourself.
AI-RoleGuard is offered globally. There are no geographic restrictions on installing or activating the plugin, subject to applicable export laws.
You are responsible for compliance with laws in your country and for your website visitors (data protection, marketing consent, record-keeping, industry regulations, etc.). The Service does not constitute legal, tax, or compliance advice.
Free activation requires a valid email address, acceptance of these Terms, and verification via one-time code. We record your email, site URL, verification status, and the time you accepted these Terms. Optional newsletter opt-in is separate.
Pro purchases are subject to these Terms and the checkout provider's terms. You must use the same email as your license when possible so your subscription links correctly.

Pro features may connect to third-party APIs (e.g. AI providers, email/SMS/WhatsApp gateways, calendar services, payment tools you configure). Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing. AtoZ is not responsible for third-party outages, rate limits, policy changes, costs, or data handling by those providers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATOZ INFOWAY INC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LEADS, WHETHER ARISING FROM:
even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amount you paid to AtoZ (or our billing partner) for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AtoZ from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your website content or lead data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We provide reasonable support via supports@atozinfoway.ca. Support does not include custom development, server administration, data recovery, or fixing unrelated WordPress/hosting issues unless separately agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AtoZ INFOWAY INC in its jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
