This Agreement is between you and AtoZ INFOWAY INC for the AI-MailBridge WordPress plugin and related updates (the "Software").
By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
AtoZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one WordPress site per activated free license, unless a future plan allows more sites.
The Software is licensed, not sold. AtoZ retains all intellectual property rights.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or remove proprietary notices from the Software.
Updates are delivered through the AtoZ update service while your license is valid. AtoZ may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty. AtoZ is not liable for email non-delivery, provider outages, or data loss on your server.
