These Terms govern your use of the AI-MailBridge WordPress plugin, wp.aiappstore.in, and the AtoZ licensing & update service (collectively, the "Service") operated by AtoZ INFOWAY INC.
By activating a license or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Software License Agreement.
AI-MailBridge is software you install on your own WordPress site. AtoZ provides the plugin, updates, and license validation. We do not host your website or send email on your behalf — you connect your own mail providers (SMTP, SendGrid, Gmail, etc.).
You are responsible for your hosting, PHP version, backups, security, cron reliability, and compliance with email laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.) when sending mail from your site.
Email logs, connection credentials (encrypted), and settings are stored in your WordPress database. AtoZ does not routinely access that data. OAuth tokens for Gmail/Microsoft may pass through the AtoZ OAuth broker during setup — see the Privacy Policy.
AI-MailBridge is currently offered as a free product after email verification. AtoZ may introduce paid tiers in the future; existing free licenses will continue under the terms in effect at activation.
The Service is provided "as is". AtoZ does not guarantee email deliverability — that depends on your provider, DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and recipient servers.
